We're looking for a Bilingual Financial Debt Advisor (French & English) to join our growing Mississauga team someone who thrives in a client-focused, results-driven environment and can communicate confidently in both languages.

What You'll Do

As a Financial Debt Advisor, you'll be the first point of contact for clients seeking debt relief. Your role will combine sales, consultation, and financial coaching, helping clients make informed decisions that lead to long-term financial success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct confidential consultations to assess each client's financial situation.
  • Explain debt relief options including consumer proposals, bankruptcies, and budgeting solutions.
  • Present solutions clearly in both French and English, tailoring your communication to client needs.
  • Develop personalized financial action plans with compassion and professionalism.
  • Work collaboratively with our Licensed Insolvency Trustees (LITs) to finalize proposals.
  • Build long-term trust through consistent client follow-ups and service excellence.

What We're Looking For

  • Bilingual (Fluent in French & English) - verbal and written.
  • Previous sales experience, especially in a consultative or financial environment.
  • Proven ability to build relationships and close deals through empathy and communication.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced setting.
  • Knowledge of debt relief options or financial services is an asset (training provided).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.

Schedule

  • Monday: 9am – 7pm
  • Tuesday–Thursday: 9am – 5pm
  • Friday: 9am – 3pm
