We continue to grow, and we're looking for a motivated and compassionate Financial Debt Advisor to join our team and support individuals seeking real debt relief solutions.
What You'll Do
As a Financial Debt Advisor, you will meet directly with clients to understand their challenges and guide them through the options available. You'll help them make informed decisions about debt management while delivering exceptional service throughout their journey.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Conduct confidential consultations to assess client financial positions
- Recommend suitable programs such as consumer proposals, bankruptcy, or budgeting support
- Create customized action plans to help clients regain financial stability
- Support clients with empathy and professionalism while building strong relationships
- Collaborate with Licensed Insolvency Trustees to move files forward efficiently
- Maintain a solid understanding of industry guidelines and debt-relief regulations
What You Bring:
- Experience in debt relief, financial consulting, customer service or a related field (preferred)
- Strong communication and active listening skills
- Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information
- Detail-oriented with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable using financial tools and Microsoft Office applications
- A passion for helping people improve their financial futures

Hours:
- Monday: 9am – 7pm
- Tuesday–Thursday: 9am – 5pm
- Friday: 9am – 3pm
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20–$22 per hour
Work Setting: In person
