We are expanding our Mississauga team and are currently seeking a Bilingual Financial Debt Advisor who can confidently assist clients in both French and English.

Position Overview

You'll be the first point of contact for individuals looking for debt relief solutions. This role blends client consultation, financial guidance, and sales-focused communication helping clients take control of their debt and move forward with confidence.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Conduct confidential consultations to understand clients' financial challenges
  • Explain available options such as consumer proposals, bankruptcy, and budgeting support
  • Communicate clearly and professionally in both French and English
  • Create personalized financial strategies that reflect each client's needs
  • Work closely with Licensed Insolvency Trustees to advance client files
  • Follow up with clients to ensure strong relationships and ongoing support

What You Bring:

  • Fluency in French and English (spoken and written)
  • Experience in sales, customer service, or financial advising is an asset
  • Strong ability to connect with clients and guide decision-making
  • Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Skilled with Microsoft Office and CRM systems

Schedule:

  • Monday: 9am – 7pm
  • Tuesday–Thursday: 9am – 5pm
  • Friday: 9am – 3pm

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
