Insurance Account Representative- Desjardins Insurance, Markham Office

What you'll be doing:

  • Promote insurance products to meet daily sales targets.
  • Identify and attract new customers to increase the number of new accounts.
  • Maintain and grow existing accounts through relationship-building and increased sales.
  • Represent our brand at both internal and external events .
  • Develop and execute sales plans focused on achieving renewal and growth targets.
  • Building relationships with centers of influences, such as real estate agents, lawyers, accountants, & mortgage brokers

What will make you successful:

  • Minimum of 2 years of Insurance experience
  • Proven track record of meeting sales goals/quotas
  • Strong Communication skills – written, verbal, and listening
  • Genuine enthusiasm for helping clients protect their properties and their families
  • Effective multi-tasking skills to handle daily activities
  • Capability to delivery presentations to potential customers
  • Proficiency in using computer software and comfort with communication technology
  • Fluent in a second language
  • Property & Casualty Licence & Life Licence - (Preferred)

Pay: $45,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
