Responsibilities
- Provide expert advice on insurance products to clients from you own community
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall team performance metrics.
- Continuously learn about new insurance products and industry trends.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction.
- Monitor and analyze sales pipelines to forecast potential success.
- Utilize CRM tools to track client interactions and sales progress.
- Prepare and present insurance proposals tailored to client needs.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and opportunities.
- Collaborate with team members to share insights and strategies for success.
Experience/Qualifications
- Fluency in at least two languages, including English.
- RIBO licnesed is preferred.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets in insurance or related fields.
- Strong understanding of insurance products and industry regulations.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Experience using CRM software to manage client relationships and sales data.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for client proposals.
- Strong team player with accountability for personal performance and results.
- Ability to analyze sales pipelines and forecast potential success effectively.
- Willingness to participate in ongoing training and professional development.
- Ability to conduct market research to identify new client opportunities.
