Brunch Cook – Il Corvo, North Vancouver

Il Corvo is a new Italian restaurant in North Vancouver, built around handmade pasta, seasonal flavours, and genuine hospitality. We're excited to be adding brunch service soon, and we're looking for enthusiastic Cooks to help bring it to life.

At Il Corvo, we care deeply about good food and good people. As part of our kitchen team, you'll help prepare and execute a simple, thoughtful brunch menu inspired by Italian ingredients and techniques, while working in a supportive, collaborative environment.

What You'll Do

  • Cook and prepare brunch dishes with consistency, care, and attention to detail
  • Work closely with the kitchen team to keep service running smoothly
  • Follow recipes and direction from our chefs while bringing a positive attitude to each shift
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked station
  • Support a team culture built on respect, communication, and pride in our work
  • Follow all food safety and sanitation practices

What We're Looking For

  • At least one year of professional kitchen experience
  • A passion for food, learning, and creating great guest experiences
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • Solid time management and the ability to stay focused in a busy environment
  • Reliable, punctual, and ready to grow with us
  • Food Safe Level 1 certification

Compensation & Benefits

  • $19–$25/hour based on experience, plus tips
