Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and reliable brunch cook to join our fast-paced kitchen. This is a key position on the line, responsible for executing high-quality brunch dishes under pressure while maintaining speed, precision, and professionalism.

What You’ll Do:

- Execute dishes on grill, sauté, and egg stations during busy brunch services
- Prep ingredients to high standards ahead of service
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation at all times
- Follow recipes and plating specifications with consistency
- Communicate and work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service
- Contribute to a positive, respectful kitchen environment

What We’re Looking For:

- 3+ years experience in high-volume brunch or line cooking
- Strong technical skills with eggs, sauces, and classic brunch preparations
- Calm and focused under pressure during peak rushes
- Commitment to quality, consistency, and cleanliness
- A strong work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to learn
- Available Friday to Monday mornings/early afternoons

Pay: $20.00-$24.00 per hour
