Work under the guidance of the Data Acquisition Lead to support large-scale data integration initiatives.

Collate and consolidate data from various structured and unstructured sources including spreadsheets, text files, and input from subject matter experts.

Analyze and document over 2,600 file transmission workflows to create a unified and comprehensive view.

Coordinate with business stakeholders to gather, validate, and complete information related to each file transmission process.

Populate and maintain a workflow database with accurate and relevant file transmission data.

Participate in data triage sessions with stakeholders to identify and resolve data gaps and inconsistencies.

Support backend development efforts by working with SQL Server (stored procedures, scripts) and Python for data logic implementation.

Contribute to data modeling (ERD), data pipeline design, and data quality (DQ) rules implementation.

Document technical and architectural designs for front-end UI, APIs, and back-end processes.

Collaborate with engineering teams using Agile methodology, GitHub, SSMS, and Dataiku.

Technical Skills Required:

Business Analysis (workflow analysis, data gathering, stakeholder engagement)

SQL Server (Stored Procedures, SQL Scripts, Dynamic Procedures)

Python scripting and library development

Managed File Transfer (MFT) Systems: MessageWay, MoveIt

TIBCO Enterprise Message Service (EMS)

Database Experience: SQL Server, HDFS

Tools/Platforms: GitHub, SSMS, Dataiku

Data Modeling: ERD, DBMS, DQ Rules

Documentation: Architecture and technical design documentation

Nice-to-Have Experience:

ETL workflow design using Dataiku (Recipes, Pipelines)

API integration with APIGEE

Front-end development with and OpenShift

Experience with HR systems such as Workday, SAP, ServiceNow

Tableau dashboard development and workbook reusability

API development using Python

Experience Required:

10+ years in business analysis, data integration, and backend data engineering environments.
