Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and define business requirements, translating them into clear technical specifications.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, and Looker to visualize key performance indicators and trends.
  • Conduct comprehensive data analysis utilizing SQL, R, Python, and ETL tools like Talend to identify patterns, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvements.
  • Support project management activities within Agile frameworks, ensuring timely delivery of solutions aligned with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
  • Design and optimize databases using Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle, and database design principles to ensure efficient data storage and retrieval.
  • Create detailed process diagrams and documentation using Visio to communicate workflows clearly across teams.
  • Assist in integrating linked data sources and developing analytics solutions that support strategic initiatives.

Experience

  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role with a strong focus on data analysis and business process improvement.
  • Hands-on expertise with visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
  • Solid understanding of SDLC methodologies and project management principles within Agile environments.
  • Proficiency in SQL programming along with experience working with R, Python, VBA, Bash (Unix shell), and ETL tools like Talend for data manipulation.
  • Familiarity with database systems including Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle, and related database design concepts.
  • Knowledge of analysis skills related to linked data integration, analytics techniques, and data analysis best practices.
  • Experience working with analysis tools such as Visio for process mapping and documentation is preferred.
