Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Real Estate and Corporate Lawyer (2-5 Year) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate transactions, corporate governance, and contract negotiations. This role involves providing legal counsel on commercial and residential real estate matters, corporate structuring, mergers and acquisitions, and contract drafting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft, review, and negotiate real estate contracts, lease agreements, and financing documents.
  • Conduct title examinations and oversee closings.
  • Advise clients on real estate transactions, zoning laws, and property rights.
  • Provide legal counsel on corporate governance, compliance, and business transactions.
  • Assist clients with mergers, acquisitions, and corporate restructuring.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
  • Collaborate with other attorneys, real estate agents, and financial institutions.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the Ontario Bar and in good standing.
  • 2-5 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent analytical abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively.
