Role Description

This is a contract Associate Lawyer role based in Brampton, ON. The Associate Lawyer will be responsible for handling a variety of legal matters, conducting legal research, drafting legal documents, representing clients in court, and providing legal advice and support to clients.

Qualifications

  • Legal Research, Legal Writing, and Document Drafting skills
  • Courtroom Representation and Client Counseling skills
  • Knowledge of immigration, real estate, civil litigation, and family law
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
  • Member in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario
