Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Online Marketing Specialist role located in Brampton, ON. The Online Marketing Specialist will implement and manage digital marketing campaigns to strengthen the company's presence and engagement across various platforms. Responsibilities include overseeing online marketing strategies, managing social media accounts, tracking campaign performance, analyzing market trends, and collaborating with the team to optimize marketing activities. You will play a key role in enhancing brand visibility, driving lead generation, and supporting the sales team.

Qualifications

  • Skills in Online Marketing, Digital Marketing, and Social Media Marketing
  • Understanding of Marketing strategies and principles, and familiarity with tools and trends in the field
  • Proven experience in Sales-related initiatives, including client relationship building and lead conversion
  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
  • Proficiency in content creation and campaign analysis tools is an asset
  • Background in real estate marketing is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred
