Talent Renew has partnered with a well-respected Brampton-based law firm that is seeking an experienced lawyer with a portable book of business in real estate, wills & estates, and corporate/commercial law. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated practitioner looking to join a collegial team that values mentorship, work-life balance, and professional autonomy.

About the Opportunity

The firm offers a welcoming and supportive environment, with strong operational support and a collaborative team culture. You'll have the opportunity to further grow your existing practice while gaining access to mentorship, cross-referrals, and administrative resources that allow you to focus on what you do best — serving your clients.

Areas of Focus:

  • Residential and commercial real estate transactions
  • Wills, powers of attorney, and estate planning
  • Incorporations, shareholder agreements, and small business legal advisory
  • General solicitor-side transactional work

What We're Looking For:

  • Licensed to practice law in Ontario and in good standing with the LSO
  • A minimum of 4+ years of relevant experience
  • A proven track record and a portable book of business in at least one of the listed practice areas
  • Client-focused with strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Comfortable working independently while being a collaborative team player
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
