National Sales Manager – Dexypaws & Stylehunters

Location: Remote – Ideally located within the Greater Toronto Area

Full-Time | Pet and Home Industries | Female-Founded

Dexypaws is seeking an experienced and relationship driven National Sales Manager to support our next stage of growth. If you are passionate about building partnerships, expanding distribution, and introducing retailers to a modern, design-forward pet and home brand, we'd love to meet you.

Our growing family of lifestyle brands includes Dexypaws, our functional, beautiful, and high-quality pet essentials brand, and Stylehunters, our newest venture that focuses on aesthetically pleasing and design forward décor for the kitchen, bathroom, and living spaces.

What You'll Do

  • Support national sales strategy (Canada, US and International) and planning to support company growth.
  • Identify, pitch, and onboard new retail and distribution partners that align with Dexypaws and Stylehunters brand values.
  • Define, manage and grow accounts, driving sell-through, category performance, and long-term relationships.
  • Partner with Founder, Head of Sales in both the US and Europe as well as product teams to align assortments, pricing and seasonal launches.
  • Negotiate pricing, programs, and annual agreements.
  • Ensure consistent brand representation across all accounts.
  • Help represent Dexypaws at trade shows and customer meetings.

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years of sales and business development, or national account management (pet, home or consumer goods strongly preferred) experience.
  • Proven experience opening new retailers and scaling revenue.
  • Strong understanding of mass and specialty retail, e-commerce, and distributor models.
  • Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills.
  • Confident with forecasting, planning, and analyzing account performance.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable in high-growth, entrepreneurial environments.
  • Fluent in English; French or Spanish are bonuses.
  • Love pets and appreciates design-forward home products.
