How you'll Help Us Better Service Our Clients

We are seeking an Office Services Coordinator. This is a full-time, on site, position—ideal for individuals who are eager for growth, committed to excellence, and looking to build their career in a collaborative environment.

What You'll Be Doing

The Office Services Coordinator works closely with the Central Services team on a daily basis, reporting to the Manager, Office Services & Premises, and working alongside the Reception and Host Services teams.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to;

  • Providing administrative assistance to the Manager, Office Services & Premises;
  • Ordering office and lounge supplies;

  • Coordinating and providing day-to-day support for central services tasks;

  • Managing invoices for the central services department;
  • Assisting central services with daily tasks, when needed;
  • Managing petty cash;
  • Reception relief;
  • Provide on-boarding training to new team members;
  • Additional assistance as needed.

How You'll Be a Great Fit for This Role

  • strong technical skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Adobe
  • experience working in an office environment
