Devoirs

- Préparer les ingrédients pour la cuisson, y compris les laver, les hacher et les conserver.

- Aider à cuisiner et à assembler les plats selon les recettes du restaurant

- Assurer la propreté et l'organisation du coin cuisine

- Respecter les normes et réglementations en matière de sécurité alimentaire

- Collaborer avec le personnel de cuisine pour assurer une préparation rapide et précise des aliments

- Aide à la gestion des stocks et à la rotation des stocks

Qualifications

- Une expérience préalable dans un restaurant ou une cuisine est préférable

- Connaissance des procédures de manipulation des aliments et des directives de sécurité alimentaire

- Capacité à travailler dans un environnement en évolution rapide tout en gardant le souci du détail

- Solides compétences en matière de travail d'équipe et de communication

- Volonté d'apprendre et de suivre les directives du personnel supérieur de cuisine

- Flexibilité pour travailler sur différents quarts de travail, y compris les soirs, les fins de semaine et les jours fériés

Duties

- Prepare ingredients for cooking, including washing, chopping, and storing

- Assist in cooking and assembling dishes according to restaurant recipes

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area

- Adhere to food safety standards and regulations

- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food preparation

- Help with inventory management and stock rotation

Qualifications

- Previous experience in a restaurant or kitchen environment is preferred

- Knowledge of food handling procedures and food safety guidelines

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail

- Strong teamwork and communication skills

- Willingness to learn and take direction from senior kitchen staff

- Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
