We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Line Cook/Prep Cook to join our dynamic culinary team. Responsibilities

  • Prepare ingredients and assist in meal preparation according to recipes and standards
  • Cook menu items with attention to quality, presentation, and timely delivery
  • Follow food safety guidelines and proper food handling procedures at all times
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including equipment and utensils
  • Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed
  • Support other kitchen staff during busy service hours to ensure smooth operations
  • Adhere to health regulations and safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment

Experience

  • Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or kitchen environment preferred
  • Knowledge of food preparation techniques and cooking methods
  • Familiarity with food safety standards and proper food handling practices
  • Experience with meal preparation and serving in a fast-paced setting is a plus
  • Strong understanding of the food industry standards for cleanliness, safety, and quality assurance
