Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Sales Manager located in Richmond, BC. The Assistant Sales Manager will support the sales team, manage daily operations within the sales department, and assist in developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve revenue goals. Responsibilities primarily driving sales applintments through phone calls, coaching and mentoring sales staff, analyzing sales metrics, maintaining customer relationships, and ensuring the team delivers outstanding customer service to drive satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications

  • An excellent sales track record
  • Minimum 1 year automotive sales expereience
  • Customer Relationship Management and Customer Service skills
  • Strong Communication, Negotiation, and Interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively and motivate team members
  • Proficiency in utilizing CRM software and sales tools
  • Problem-solving abilities with the capacity to make decisions in a fast-paced environment
  • A second language is prefered but not required
