Overview

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales / Sales Assistant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our sales operations and ensuring a positive experience for our customers. As a Sales Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting with daily sales activities, maintaining product displays, and providing exceptional customer service.

Duties

  • Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs.
  • Maintain knowledge of current promotions, products, and services to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Process sales transactions efficiently and accurately using the point-of-sale system.
  • Assist in restocking shelves and organizing merchandise displays to enhance the shopping experience.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional manner.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve store goals and contribute to a positive work environment.
  • Participate in inventory management tasks, including stock counts and product organization.

Skills

  • Preferably fluent in Mandarin or Cantonese.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to maintain store presentation standards.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.
  • Basic computer skills for processing transactions and managing inventory systems.
  • Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred but not required.
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn about products and sales techniques.
