Role Summary
Own the inside-sales engine and its integration with marketing automation. Lead four ISEs, run HubSpot programs and sequences, and align with Application Engineering for clean handoffs and higher win rates. Core objective: lift account tier progression using disciplined cadences, segmentation, and email/inbound programs that convert, while safeguarding data quality and compliance.
Core Responsibilities
Inside Sales Leadership
- Coach and performance-manage 4 ISEs: daily cadences, call coaching, objection handling, technical discovery discipline.
- Enforce SLAs for speed-to-lead, follow-ups, and App Eng handoffs; audit notes and data completeness.
- Run weekly pipeline reviews; standardize qualification for engineered solutions (tailored BANT/MEDDICC artifacts).
Marketing Automation & HubSpot Ops
- Administer HubSpot lifecycle: lead scoring, routing, sequences, nurtures, workflows, UTM/attribution.
- Work with Marketing team to Design persona/vertical email programs; A/B test subject lines, offers, and CTAs; monitor deliverability and list health.
Cross-Functional Alignment (Sales × Marketing × App Eng)
- Central to the operations you are a hub of our education based sales approach
- Convert campaigns into ISE playbooks and discovery templates that surface process requirements.
- Maintain a living RACI for operations and a simple weekly operating rhythm.
- Publish monthly "Tier Movement Report" and root-cause analysis on stalled accounts.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years in inside-sales management or sales operations for technical/industrial B2B.
- Proven Hands-on HubSpot development experience. Admin (workflows, sequences, scoring, attribution) and email/inbound execution.
- Strong account-management discipline for long-cycle, engineered solutions.
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and BI dashboards; comfortable with AI-assisted workflows.
- Clear, data-driven communicator who sets process and enforces it.
