Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Used Car Sales Specialist located in Surrey, BC. The Used Car Sales Specialist will assist customers in selecting vehicles that suit their needs, provide detailed product information, and ensure an outstanding customer experience. Day-to-day tasks include customer consultations, building long-term customer relationships, managing follow-ups, and maintaining knowledge of the inventory. The role also involves meeting sales targets while delivering exceptional support throughout the sales process.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Sales Consulting and Automotive Sales to guide customers in their vehicle purchase decisions
  • Strong Customer Satisfaction and Customer Retention skills to build meaningful, long-term relationships
  • Exceptional Customer Service skills to ensure a seamless, positive buying experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with diverse clients effectively
  • Ability to remain self-motivated and goal-oriented in a fast-paced sales environment
  • Prior experience in the automotive industry is an asset
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
