Logistics Coordinator

Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and analytical Logistics Coordinator to join our team. This role is essential in managing the end-to-end logistics operations, optimizing warehouse distribution, and ensuring seamless transportation management. The ideal candidate will possess strong data analysis skills, experience with ERP systems, and a solid understanding of supply chain management principles. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to process improvements and drive efficiency across our logistics functions.
Responsibilities
- Daily duties Involve coordinating with the Project Manager, Yard Foreman, Scheduler, and P6 Specialist to complete the following tasks.
- Update RXO document as shipments are received, and scan pertinent Bills Of Lading with shipper's signoff of materials received.
- Input dates for receipt of each truck shipment
- Ensure materials are checked off and signed by receiver
- Upload a copy of the link for the Field Shipper documents into the RXO. Ensuring a date and truck number is added to this document before uploading.
- Input part identification, quantity, part description, and truck information from the Bill of Material shipping documents into the Excel tracking sheet called BOM onsite Tracking.
- Continually scan drawing folders for updated revisions by grid line. Print drawings and highlight items known to be onsite.
- Input data from construction drawings into BOM onsite Tracking Excel spreadsheet.
- Collect data from Bills of Material on Each drawing and copy it into the BOM Onsite Tracking sheet.
- Include the Conveyor system, Item #on Drawing, Qty, Part ID, Description, Grid, and Col number.
- Maintain data integrity by cleaning data with each addition from drawings issued for construction, coordinate this with Robby Song.
- Answer emails and solve issues with missed Items on delivery by coordination with Project Information Analyst.
- Prepare receiver for upcoming shipments by scanning emails regarding requests for pickup etc.
- Mechanical knowledge related to warehouse equipment such as forklifts is a plus.
This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving with excellent analysis skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently within a fast-paced environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $30.00-$32.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
