Loadify is a fast-growing freight brokerage headquartered in Oakville, Ontario, specializing in domestic and cross-border freight across North America. We're a close-knit, entrepreneurial team focused on reliability, transparency, and strong carrier and customer relationships.

We're currently looking for a
Brokerage Operations Coordinator
to support our operations and ensure smooth day-to-day execution of shipments. This role reports directly to the
Operations Manager
and offers long-term growth potential within our expanding brokerage division.

What You'll Do

  • Manage daily freight operations, including load booking, tracking, and communication.
  • Coordinate with carriers, drivers, and customers to ensure on-time service.
  • Update and maintain shipment data accurately in the TMS.
  • Resolve service issues quickly and professionally during business hours and after-hours support.
  • Support the Operations Manager with process improvement and margin tracking.
  • Contribute to a strong operations culture built on accountability and communication.

What You Bring

  • 2+ years
    of experience in
    freight brokerage, dispatch, or logistics operations.
  • Familiarity with
    Loadlink, DAT, Truckstop, or similar load boards
    (asset).
  • Strong multitasking and communication skills with a proactive mindset.
  • Excellent attention to detail, reliability, and punctuality.
  • Comfortable working
    on-site Monday to Friday
    in our Oakville office.
  • Desire to grow into a leadership or team lead role as the company expands.

What We Offer

  • Salary:
    $60,000–$70,000 annually (based on experience)
  • Performance Review:
    After 90 days
