We are seeking a professional and reliable Taxi Driver to provide safe, efficient, and friendly transportation services to our customers. The ideal candidate will have excellent driving skills, a strong commitment to customer service, and the ability to manage time effectively to ensure timely arrivals and departures. This position offers an opportunity to work flexible hours while delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

  • Safely operate a taxi vehicle to transport passengers to their destinations within designated areas.
  • Greet passengers courteously and assist with boarding, luggage handling, and seating arrangements as needed.
  • Navigate routes efficiently using GPS or traditional maps, ensuring timely arrivals.
  • Handle cash transactions accurately and provide correct change when necessary.
  • Maintain cleanliness and basic maintenance of the vehicle to ensure safety and comfort.
  • Follow all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies at all times.
  • Keep accurate records of trips, fares, and mileage for reporting purposes.
  • Provide excellent customer service by being friendly, professional, and attentive to passenger needs.

Experience

  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Prior experience in driving or transportation services is preferred but not required; training will be provided if necessary.
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse passengers.
  • Good time management skills to adhere to schedules and optimize routes.
  • Experience with cash handling is advantageous but not mandatory; training will be provided on company procedures.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed. This role requires a dedicated individual committed to safety and customer satisfaction while providing reliable transportation services in a professional manner.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $18.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 60 – 90 per week
