Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Mechanic Helper to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist skilled mechanics in performing maintenance and repairs on various types of vehicles and machinery. This role is essential in ensuring that all equipment operates efficiently and safely, contributing to the overall success of our operations.

Responsibilities

  • Assist mechanics in diagnosing mechanical issues and performing repairs on vehicles and equipment.
  • Help with routine maintenance tasks, including oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring tools and equipment are properly stored.
  • Support the team in disassembling and reassembling parts as needed for repairs.
  • Follow safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Communicate effectively with team members regarding repair progress and any issues encountered.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Solid knowledge of automotive mechanics or previous experience in a similar role is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment and communicate effectively with others.
  • Willingness to learn new skills and techniques related to vehicle maintenance and repair.
