**Job Overview**
We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Plumber's Helper to join our team. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals looking to start a career in plumbing and HVAC services. The Plumber's Helper will assist licensed plumbers in various tasks, ensuring efficient and effective plumbing installations and repairs. This role requires a willingness to learn, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work well in a team environment.

**Duties**
- Assist plumbers in the installation, maintenance, and repair of plumbing systems.
- Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively to complete tasks.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of job sites and tools.
- Follow schematics and blueprints to assist with plumbing layouts.
- Perform basic math calculations for measurements and material estimates.
- Assemble piping systems, fixtures, and fittings as directed by lead plumbers.
- Support HVAC installation and maintenance as needed.
- Learn mechanical knowledge related to plumbing systems, including welding techniques.

**Qualifications**
- Basic understanding of plumbing principles is preferred but not required.
- Mechanical knowledge with the ability to operate hand tools and power tools effectively.
- Familiarity with basic math skills for measurements and calculations.
- Ability to read and interpret schematics or blueprints is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
- Willingness to learn new skills related to plumbing, HVAC, and general maintenance tasks.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and maintain a positive attitude on the job.

Pay: $15.68-$25.00 per hour
