Role Description

About the Role:

We're looking for a creative and organized professional to manage social media, content creation, podcast production, event planning, and client engagement initiatives. This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution, perfect for someone who loves research, collaboration, and storytelling.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage social media content across platforms, including posts, videos, and stories.
  • Plan, produce, and manage podcast episodes, including scripting, recording, editing, and promotion.
  • Conduct market and audience research to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute events, both virtual and in-person.
  • Write compelling content for campaigns, videos, podcasts, and presentations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, stakeholders, and external partners on integrated campaigns.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships and ensure excellent communication.
  • Support team-building initiatives and internal communications.
  • Track and analyze performance metrics for social media, podcasts, and events to optimize strategies.
  • Maintain a consistent, professional, and creative brand voice across all channels.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in social media management, content creation, event planning, and podcast production.
  • Strong writing, video, and audio scripting skills.
  • Excellent research, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and collaborate across teams.
