Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Pilates Studio Manager located in Aurora, ON. The Pilates Studio Manager will handle day-to-day management tasks, including overseeing studio operations, leading a team, coordinating class schedules, ensuring a high level of customer service, and managing sales and membership inquiries. Additional responsibilities include maintaining studio equipment, implementing marketing strategies, and fostering a positive community environment.

Qualifications

  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Strong Team Leadership abilities
  • Experience in Sales and Project Management
  • Proficiency in using studio management software and technology
  • Organized and detail-oriented with a strong ability to multitask
  • Previous experience in the fitness or wellness industry is a plus
  • Must reside in the Aurora or surrounding areas
