This position will be part of our Printing Sector and In-Store Marketing group. The Printing Sector has over 3,500 employees and 13 state-of-the-art print plants.

**About this opportunity**

Under the direction of the Creative Services Manager, the Studio Coordinator will provide support for the Studio and Management Team regarding various Studio projects and reports.

**What you will do**
- Use Studio Hub to organize and direct projects coming into Studio
- Effectively manages the flow of communication between all departments in Studio, ensuring necessary parties are informed of creative briefs in a timely manner
- Download, organize and direct incoming project assets
- Create virtual folders on server, organize files on server
- Schedule kickoff meetings between Account Directors and Designers
- Demonstrates strong attention to detail ensuring all necessary information is collected for jobs going into Studio and into Production
- Support Directors in prioritizing/scheduling jobs, assigning Designers to projects based on ability, workload, timeline and project requirements
- Effectively monitors jobs in Studio, resolving problems/issues and keeping projects on track in accordance with timelines and deliverables using Studio Hub
- Effectively communicate project status with Account Directors
- Assist in the shipment of prototypes on behalf of Account Directors and Designers
- Alert studio of client visits and help with the confidentiality of competitive clients’ assets and collateral
- Build various reports to show and keep track of Studio projects, clients, time spent and status
- Approve time entries in PACE system
- Provide input regarding the setting of process, procedures, and creative standards for the department
- Effectively manage internal relationships building trust, confidence, and the credibility of the creative department
- Assist Studio and Sales Reps on communication with clients when needed, ensure correct files are distributed
- Maintain storage room and general Studio cleanliness
- Maintain Studio vacation calendar
- Manage and document photo library of produced display work

**What you have to offer**
- College/University degree specializing in Advertising Design and theory, Graphic Design and Marketing
- 3 - 5 years of industry experience
- Supervisory experience preferrable
- A positive attitude paired with an ability to work independently in a fast-paced team environment.
- Highly organized, creative, and logical thinker.
- Strong interpersonal, oral and written communications skills.
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to find creative solutions for complex layouts while adhering to client style guides.
