Job Overview

We are seeking a friendly, dedicated and professional Bartender to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests. This role involves preparing and serving beverages, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring guests have an enjoyable experience in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience in food and beverage service, especially in a Lead Bartending role is a must. The position offers an opportunity to develop hospitality skills and be part of a dynamic team dedicated to exceptional service.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages accurately and efficiently
  • Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner, providing excellent customer service
  • Use POS systems such as Micros POS for order entry and cash handling
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety standards
  • Manage multiple orders simultaneously while ensuring timely service
  • Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and giving change
  • Restock bar supplies as needed and assist with inventory management
  • Ensure compliance with all food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service policies
  • Serve food when required, assisting in food handling and presentation
  • Collaborate with team members to create a positive environment for both guests and staff

Requirements

  • Previous experience in restaurant or food industry settings preferred, especially in serving or bartending roles
  • Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms
  • Strong time management skills to handle busy service periods effectively
  • Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
  • Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
  • Basic math skills for cashiering, cash handling, and accurate order processing
  • Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication skills and teamwork orientation
  • Inventory management
