We want our staff to take care of our customers like they would at a dinner party…to make the drinks, help with food, start a conversation and know that the whole team is working together to give the customer an unforgettable experience.

We make amazing tea cocktails, great food and we are looking for people who share our passion in the whole experience and want to learn and master it all.

This isn't your simple "highball" establishment, we develop high level Mixologists and Chefs who are passionate and driven to CREATE

hours a week

(2 - 4 evening / late night shifts)

Starting Compensation - $16.00 / hr

Must haves

  • Genuine smile

  • 1-3+ years cocktail bartending experience

Activities and Responsibilities

  • Making sure the business is closed to a high standard and the end of the night.
  • Working with diverse personalities both on the staff and patrons.
  • Taking part in promotional events.
  • Diffusing tense situations between patrons or staff members to prevent possible safety or legal issues, ejecting unruly persons, if needed.
  • Maintaining a fun, safe atmosphere for patrons.

Cocktail Bartender Requirements:

  • Must love staying up late - Must be more than happy to work at least till 2am on weekends
  • A passion for cocktails
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • High standards of cleanliness
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to work late evening/ nightime hours, including weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to walk, stand, and carry heavy items in a fast-paced, exciting and challenging environment.
