We’re looking for a **friendly, professional Server/Bartender** with 2+ years of experience who takes pride in delivering great service and crafting memorable drinks. What We’re Looking For:

- Minimum 2 years of serving/bartending experience
- Confident, positive, attentive, and reliable
- Strong communication skills — fluent in English
- Passion for cocktails, mixology, and guest experience
- Versatile and ambitious — willing to jump in where needed and grow with the team

Job Details:

- Part-time: ~16-24 hours/week (Tues-Sun availability)
- Supportive, upbeat, and team-oriented environment
- Opportunities to experiment with cocktail creation and bring your own ideas to the menu
- Growth opportunity toward supervisory or lead bartender role

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and engage guests with warmth and professionalism
- Take orders and deliver both food and drinks
- Prepare and serve cocktails, sake, and other beverages — with room for creativity in recipes and presentation
- Maintain a welcoming atmosphere at the bar and on the floor
- Collect payments and process transactions accurately
- Assist in stocking and replenishing inventory, bar prep, and closing duties
- Polish glassware/cutlery, sweep, mop, refill items, and keep bar + dining area clean
- Support team with take-out orders and general service needs

**Skills**:

- Strong time management skills for busy service periods
- Proficiency in using Point of Sale (POS) systems
- Excellent customer service and hospitality mindset
- Bartending skills, cocktail knowledge, and interest in innovation
- Cash handling accuracy and efficiency
- Ability to follow food safety and health guidelines
