Bartender (Part-time)

WE ARE LOOKING FOR A Part-time Bartender to join our Food and Beverage Team

This is an exciting role, which will involve engaging with guests, serving a variety of unique beverages and providing excellent dine-in services to guests.

What is expected of me in this role?

· You will welcome guests to the restaurant - bar, take beverage orders and serve guests.

· Process cash and credit payments.

· Learn beverage menu items, garnishes, contents and preparation methods, as well as an understanding and awareness of allergens.

· As this role will involve serving alcohol, you will need valid Proserve Certification.

· Responsible for doing the month end beverage inventory

· Knowledge of liquors, wines and mixology

· Able to lift a moderate amount of weight.

· Flexible schedule and shift pattern based upon hotel business.

· Minimum one year bartender experience required

This role will typically allow a minimum of 10 up to 29 hours per week

The starting hourly rate for this role is $17.50 per hour
