Fulltime/Direct Hire - National Strategic Account Manager – Security Systems
(Intrusion Detection, Access control, CCTV/Camera)
Location:
Hybrid - Montreal, QC, Canada
Salary Range:
CAD 67,000 – CAD 99,000 Annually
(Final salary will be determined based on education, experience, knowledge, skills, internal equity, and market alignment.)

What You Will Do:
- The primary goal of the Strategic Account Manager will be to act as a hybrid sales contributor within the National Accounts organization. The person in this role will be responsible for securing new business at the national level by acquiring new clients in the security sector while also managing a predefined portfolio of existing accounts.
- This position works closely with National and Global Account Managers across the country. It's a collaborative role, partnering with local sales and operations teams to generate new revenue across service and installation operations.
How You Will Do It:
- Identify and acquire new physical security clients with national capacity.
- Collaborate with other CLIENT teams and divisions to acquire new accounts and projects.
- Discover new opportunities and address customer challenges using CLIENT's security solutions.
- Manage security activities for assigned accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction remains the top priority while collaborating with internal teams to meet expectations.
- Develop and regularly update business plans to capture client goals and objectives.
- Use sales tools (Salesforce) to manage all aspects of sales activities and potential client management.
- Work and coordinate with global teams as required.
- Ensure all unique opportunities comply with company security programs.
- Ensure full implementation and management of company policies related to equal opportunity and affirmative action.
- Comply with all federal, provincial, and local laws and regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree or CEGEP diploma in business, management, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in the physical security systems and intrusion industry, with experience in managing relationships with major end users.
- Bilingual (French and English) — English is required for national communication.
- Ability to travel 30–50% of the time.
- Results-oriented mindset.
- Strong understanding of market trends, code compliance, and physical security standards.
- Must hold a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
