Nous recherchons un leader national du marketing pour faire avancer notre vision marketing à travers le Canada. Cette personne jouera un rôle clé dans le positionnement de nos produits et services dans l'industrie du bâtiment B2B, en menant des stratégies innovantes qui renforcent notre présence de marque, augmentent la part de marché et stimulent la croissance des revenus par plusieurs canaux.

Le candidat idéal est à la fois un penseur stratégique et un marketeur impliqué, avec une solide expérience en marketing de portefeuille et de canal, ainsi qu'une passion pour bâtir des relations durables avec les partenaires de distribution, les clients et les parties prenantes de l'industrie.

Responsabilités

· Développer et mettre en œuvre des stratégies marketing nationales alignées sur les objectifs d'affaires et renforcer notre position dans le secteur des matériaux de construction et de la construction.

· Dirigez les efforts de gestion du portefeuille, incluant les lancements de produits, les mises à jour du cycle de vie et la planification de fin de vie, afin d'assurer l'alignement avec les besoins du marché et les objectifs de revenus.

· Collaborez avec des équipes interfonctionnelles — ventes, produits et opérations — pour découvrir des opportunités de marché et créer des campagnes ciblées qui soutiennent les partenaires de distribution et la croissance des ventes.

· Effectuez des recherches de marché continues et des analyses concurrentielles afin d'anticiper les tendances, d'identifier les occasions et d'éclairer les décisions stratégiques.

· Concevoir et livrer du matériel marketing attrayant (matériel de vente, présentations et contenu numérique) qui résonne auprès des clients et des partenaires.

· Mesurer et rapporter la performance des campagnes, en tirant parti des analyses et des ICP pour optimiser les initiatives futures.

· Bâtir et maintenir des relations solides avec les parties prenantes internes et externes, favorisant la confiance, la collaboration et le succès partagé.

· Offrir leadership, mentorat et orientation aux membres de l'équipe marketing, en encourageant l'innovation et l'excellence.

Qualifications

· Baccalauréat en marketing, administration des affaires ou dans un domaine connexe (MBA préféré).

· 5+ ans d'expérience progressive en marketing B2B, idéalement dans l'industrie des matériaux de construction ou de la construction.

· Capacité éprouvée à développer et exécuter des stratégies de marketing de canal et de portefeuille réussies qui génèrent une croissance mesurable.

· Compétences analytiques exceptionnelles, avec la capacité de transformer les données en informations exploitables.

· Excellentes compétences en communication écrite et orale; le bilinguisme (anglais/français) est un atout.

· De solides compétences en leadership avec une approche collaborative et axée sur les résultats.

· Expérience avec les systèmes CRM, les outils d'automatisation marketing et les plateformes de marketing numérique.

· Capacité à gérer plusieurs projets simultanément dans un environnement rapide.

· La connaissance des normes, règlements et exigences de conformité de l'industrie du bâtiment est un atout.


National Marketing Leader

About the Role

We are seeking a National Marketing Leader to drive our marketing vision across Canada. This individual will play a key role in positioning our products and services within the B2B building industry, leading innovative strategies that strengthen our brand presence, expand market share, and drive revenue growth through multiple channels.

The ideal candidate is both a strategic thinker and a hands-on marketer, with a strong background in portfolio and channel marketing, and a passion for building lasting relationships with distribution partners, clients, and industry stakeholders.

Responsibilities

· Develop and execute national marketing strategies that align with business goals and strengthen our position in the building materials and construction sector.

· Lead portfolio management efforts, including product launches, lifecycle updates, and end-of-life planning, ensuring alignment with market needs and revenue objectives.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams — sales, product, and operations — to uncover market opportunities and create targeted campaigns that support channel partners and sales growth.

· Conduct ongoing market research and competitive analysis to anticipate trends, identify opportunities, and inform strategic decisions.

· Design and deliver compelling marketing collateral (sales materials, presentations, and digital content) that resonate with customers and partners.

· Measure and report on campaign performance, leveraging analytics and KPIs to optimize future initiatives.

· Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, fostering trust, collaboration, and shared success.

· Provide leadership, mentorship, and direction to marketing team members, encouraging innovation and excellence.

Qualifications

· Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).

· 5+ years of progressive B2B marketing experience, ideally within the building materials or construction industry.

· Proven ability to develop and execute successful channel and portfolio marketing strategies that deliver measurable growth.

· Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills; bilingualism (English/French) is an asset.

· Strong leadership skills with a collaborative and results-driven approach.

· Experience with CRM systems, marketing automation tools, and digital marketing platforms.

· Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

· Knowledge of building industry standards, regulations, and compliance requirements is an asset.
