Job Description
The Creative Project Coordinator (CPC) supports the creative operations function at insightsoftware. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Creative & Design Services, this highly visible role within the insightsoftware Brand Marketing and Creative Team manages project intakes and timelines, creative status meetings, requester follow- up, project tracking and reporting, and Marketing New Hire Orientation.
The CPC interfaces with numerous requesters across the business on a recurring basis, plus outside teams and leadership stakeholders via email, Teams, and the Wrike Project Management System, thus strong written communication skills are a must.
The CPC will process on average 60 tasks per week with projects ranging from simple quick-turn assets (email banners, web graphics) to short- and long-form collateral (print and digital), social media tasks, PowerPoint decks and keynotes, as well as events/tradeshow needs, video assets, etc.

What will you do?
- Act as the primary contact for creative project requests, ensuring requesters provide all necessary inputs before assigning projects to designers.
- Communicate proactively with requesters through the Wrike Project Management system, either approving and assigning requests or seeking further clarification.
- Initiate kickoff calls with requesters, oversee recurring creative syncs, and manage other regular meetings for the Creative team.
- Allocate requests based on established Creative Service Level Agreements and follow predefined Wrike workflows.
- Monitor project progress using the Daily Design Dashboard to guarantee timely delivery.
- Log weekly project volumes, track complexity levels, and generate weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports.
- Inspect draft work from designers to confirm readiness for final approval.
- Perform Marketing New Hire Orientation.
- Carry out additional duties as required.
Qualifications
Are you a fit?
- Bachelor's degree in related field preferred.
- Minimum 2 years creative project management experience supporting a weekly heavy project volume (60+/week).
- Wrike project management experience highly preferred.
- Intermediate to advanced understanding of the creative production process and associated dependencies required.
- Skilled in asking clarifying questions with ability to clearly pass along directions swiftly and accurately.
- Experience using Microsoft Office required; intermediate level PowerPoints skills are a plus.
- Experience with using brand guidelines to support project clarity/asset review highly desired.
- Experience utilizing AI tools to improve productivity and reporting capabilities highly desired.
