What You'll Be Working On:

eComm and Editorial/Lookbook Production (40%)

  • Lead the end-to-end production process for eCommerce and editorial/lookbook campaigns from concept to delivery.
  • Oversee all pre-production planning including shot lists, production timelines, budgets, and call sheets.
  • Coordinate across creative, styling, merchandising, and marketing teams to align on deliverables and deadlines.
  • Manage on-set operations, ensuring shoots run efficiently and all creative needs are met.
  • Liaise with photographers, stylists, HMU, talent, and crew to ensure smooth execution of each production day.
  • Coordinate equipment rentals and returns, ensuring all gear is booked, delivered, and maintained according to production needs.
  • Troubleshoot on set and provide real-time solutions to maintain schedule and quality standards.

Sample Management and Styling Organization (30%)

  • Manage and coordinate sample tracking and organization with cross-functional teams to monitor status, resolve delays, and ensure readiness for upcoming shoots.
  • Manage bookings and coordination of external styling partners, assistants, and freelancers for styling prep and shoot days.
  • Partner closely with the Styling team to coordinate looks, accessories, and product groupings that align with brand direction.
  • Build and maintain organized styling racks and prep areas to ensure efficient styling sessions.
  • Create and update styling documentation (look boards, product pairings, and styling notes) to ensure all information is ready and actionable for shoot execution.
  • Oversee studio maintenance and implement an exit strategy for past-season samples to ensure organization and workflow efficiency.

Post Production Oversight (30%)

  • Oversee image selects, retouching workflows, and file delivery + organization in coordination with retouchers and asset management teams.
  • Ensure all post-production timelines are met and assets are properly archived and distributed.
  • Analyze production outcomes and propose process improvements to increase workflow efficiency and creative output.

What You'll Bring:

Production Experience

2-4 years of experience producing eCommerce, campaign, or fashion/apparel shoots overseeing all phases of production from pre- to post-shoot.

Adaptability

Thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment adjusting quickly to shifting priorities while maintaining organization and creative focus. Embraces innovation and continuously refines processes for efficiency and quality.
