Social Ambassador and Outreach Coordinator

We are seeking an enthusiastic, charismatic, and outgoing person to represent us at community/sponsored events, social functions, and public activities. You will act as the face of our organization in this role. Some examples of your responsibilities will be starting conversations, building rapport, and promoting health awareness, and connecting community members with our services in a positive and professional way.

Responsibilities:

  • Represent the practice at community/sponsored events, local organizations, and social gatherings.
  • Start conversations, build rapport, and share information about our providers, services, and approach to care.
  • Build and maintain relationships with the community, businesses, and patient groups.
  • Identify opportunities for outreach.
  • Coordinate setup and take down at events, such as setting up materials and promotional items.
  • Collect feedback, and report on community impact.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; You must be someone who is confident, outgoing, and comfortable engaging with diverse groups of people.
  • Friendly, empathetic, and professional demeanor consistent with a healthcare environment.
  • Organized, dependable, and willing to take initiative.
  • Resilient and goal-oriented mindset – comfortable handling rejection and staying motivated.
  • Must be Multilingual and able to communicate in English, Hindi, Punjabi, Urdu.
  • Able to work in face-to-face marketing settings
  • Must have a personal vehicle and valid driver's license
  • Willing and able to stand on your feet for 1-5 hours
  • Physically able to lift and carry up to 25 lbs (event materials, display items, etc.)
  • Flexible schedule to work evenings and weekends as events require.
