Job Summary

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dynamic Brand Ambassador to represent our brand at various events and promotional activities. The ideal candidate will engage with potential customers, demonstrate our products, and create a positive brand experience. This role offers an exciting opportunity to develop marketing and sales skills while connecting with diverse audiences. The Brand Ambassador will play a key role in increasing brand awareness and fostering customer loyalty through effective communication and engaging presentations.

Responsibilities

  • Promote our products through engaging product demos and sampling sessions at events, retail locations, and community gatherings
  • Interact with customers in a friendly, professional manner to provide information about our brand and products
  • Assist in setting up promotional displays and ensuring brand visibility at all events
  • Gather customer feedback and relay insights to the marketing team for continuous improvement
  • Represent the brand confidently during public speaking engagements and community outreach efforts
  • Support marketing campaigns by distributing promotional materials and engaging with target audiences
  • Maintain a professional appearance and uphold the company's brand standards at all times

Requirements

  • Previous experience in food service, sales, or customer service is preferred but not required
  • Strong communication skills, including public speaking and active listening abilities
  • Bilingual skills are a plus for engaging with diverse communities effectively
  • Outgoing personality with a passion for marketing and brand promotion
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings as needed for events
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to connect easily with people from various backgrounds
  • Reliable transportation to attend various promotional events across different locations
  • Demonstrated ability to represent a brand professionally and enthusiastically
