About Zebra Robotics Brampton East

At the Brampton East center, we foster a warm and encouraging learning environment where children from Grades 1– university learn to think critically, build creatively, and solve problems with confidence.

Role Overview

The
Program Manager
leads daily operations and marketing initiatives for the center. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with families, students, and educators while growing a meaningful educational community.

Key Responsibilities
Marketing & Enrollment Growth

  • Plan and execute marketing initiatives (Instagram & Facebook content, school outreach, flyers, booth events).
  • Follow up on inquiries and convert trial class visitors into enrolled students.
  • Capture photos and video clips for social media storytelling and parent updates.
  • Monitor and report marketing performance weekly.

Operations & Team Coordination

  • Oversee class schedules, student attendance, and center readiness.
  • Ensure instructors are supported with teaching materials and schedules.
  • Maintain inventory of kits, equipment, and supplies.

Parent & Student Engagement

  • Welcome families and support new enrollments and renewals.
  • Maintain strong communication with parents regarding student progress.
  • Assist in organizing competitions, showcases, workshops, and events.

Qualifications

  • Diploma/Degree in
    Marketing, Communications, Business, Education, or related field
    .
  • 1–3 years experience in marketing, operations, tutoring, or customer-facing services.
  • Comfortable with
    Canva, social media content creation, and Google Workspace
    .
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Passion for youth learning and STEM is strongly preferred.
