  • Create short-form video content (must be comfortable on camera)

  • Plan, post, and manage social media content

Requirements


• Previous experience running paid ads


• Experience managing good-budget Meta ad campaigns


• Strong understanding of generating leads efficiently


• Ability to think of creative content ideas for service businesses (construction, plumbing, HVAC, etc.)


• Basic editing skills (Canva, CapCut, or similar)


• Good understanding of social media trends and content formats
