Paid Ads Specialist

We're looking for a driven and personable Paid Ads Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you'll take ownership of day-to-day ad campaign management while also helping shape the messaging and targeting for our clients. You'll work closely with others on our team, attend occasional meetings with clients to discuss targeting and strategy, and play a meaningful role in the results we deliver.

What You'll Be Doing:
- Plan, launch, and manage paid campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max, Video, Shopping)
- Plan, launch, and manage Meta ad campaigns
- Monitor campaign performance and make optimizations around budgets, bids, audiences, creative, messaging and overall strategy
- Highlight results, insights, and next steps to our account managers
- Collaborate with designers and account managers to align ad creatives and messaging
- Manage multiple accounts efficiently
- Stay up to date on platform changes, industry trends, and new opportunities in the paid ads space
The Ideal Candidate Is:
- Experienced in running paid ads across Google and Meta
- Comfortable setting up tracking, conversion events, UTM parameters, and analytics dashboards
- Strong analytical thinker who can interpret data and turn it into actionable items
- Solid copywriter who can communicate value clearly and persuasively
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage several clients at once
- Comfortable working independently while still being a strong team player
