We are looking for a highly experienced paid search **Account Manager**
As an Account Manager at Grow Enrollments, you will be responsible for managing and growing a dedicated client portfolio across the Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising platforms. This requires the day-to-day management of the Campaigns as well the ability to delegate tasks to team members. Strong data analysis skills are required to optimize campaigns and to create client reporting.
In addition to campaign management, you will be running weekly performance calls for each client along with other internal team members to serve and deepen our client relationships. Excellent communication skills and client relationship building skills are key to this role.
Our entire company has a culture of learning and growth, we are constantly finding new ideas to test as well as keeping track of new developments in the space. You will keep up-to-date with changes and new Betas on the different search platforms and be able to assess when and where to use them. You should also be willing to assist members of your team, as well as other internal teams, to help promote their learning and growth.
As a fully remote company, it is crucial that you are highly responsible, self-motivated and able to work well independently and as part of a team.

**Skill Requirements**
- 2-3 years of experience in Digital Marketing with a focus on SEM
- 2+ years of experience in managing accounts
- Strong understanding of Google Ads and Bing Marketing platforms
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel needed. PowerPoint knowledge is a plus
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to process and interpret data on a high level
