Strategic Account Manager

Zoetis Canada is seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Strategic Account Manager responsible for creating, executing, and collaborating on account plans for each of their Strategic Accounts and their respective Strategic accounts partnerships. Strategies are to be implemented in collaboration with the accounts' Regional Operation Directors and specific Business and Clinic Managers.
The role of Strategic Account Manager will work in partnership with the Strategic accounts team and our regional field teams to ensure that national and regional revenue targets are achieved. In addition, the Strategic Account Manager will have commercial operations responsibilities, focused on commercial analytics and will support the Strategic Accounts Lead, the Strategic Accounts Managers and senior leadership on the creation and implementation of commercial agreements and strategies within Zoetis's strategic partnerships.
This position is remotely located within Canada with a preference for Western Canada and requires approximately 40% of travel time.
Further responsibilities include:
- Execute Zoetis Strategic Accounts Strategy for any aligned accounts they lead and designated geographies.
- Coordinate and manage resources to deliver results and achieve objectives set by senior Zoetis leadership and our Associate Director for our Strategic Account partnerships.
- Provide supporting financial analysis and commercial input to Strategic Accounts team members to help them meet performance objectives, increase revenue and strengthen their capabilities.
- Manage and be accountable to operational expense policies and objectives.
- Build, develop, and maintain relationships with key stake holders in our Strategic Accounts infrastructures.
The ideal candidate must have a completed academic Degree in a related field, or have equivalent experience in sales and commercial management within the Canadian animal health industry. Experience in commercial analysis and strategy within the Canadian Animal Health industry. Exceptional communication skills and the ability to exercise sound commercial judgement as well as passion for delivering exception value, and forging partnerships with customers is essential for success.

Le candidat idéal doit avoir un diplôme académique dans un domaine connexe ou posséder une expérience équivalente en vente et en gestion commerciale dans l'industrie canadienne de la santé animale. Une expérience en analyse commerciale et en stratégie dans l'industrie canadienne de la santé animale. Des compétences exceptionnelles en communication et la capacité d'exercer un jugement commercial solide ainsi qu'une passion pour offrir une valeur exceptionnelle et établir des partenariats avec les clients sont essentielles pour réussir.
