Job Overview

We are currently seeking a hands-on Electrical Site Supervisor to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a skilled and licensed electrician who has experience leading crews on commercial or multi-unit residential job sites.

The successful candidate will be responsible not only for supervising all electrical work on-site but also actively participating in installations, troubleshooting, and maintenance tasks as needed. If you're a proactive leader who isn't afraid to roll up your sleeves, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate electrical installation and maintenance activities on-site.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality control standards.
  • Review project plans, blueprints, and schematics to ensure accurate execution of electrical work.
  • Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively.
  • Conduct regular inspections to monitor progress and address any issues that arise during construction.
  • Collaborate with other trades and subcontractors to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Provide training and mentorship to junior staff members in electrical practices.

Experience

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in commercial/residential construction projects.
  • Supervisory or lead hand role experience preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems, building codes, and safety regulations.
  • Ability to work from blueprints and schematics with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent communication skills with a focus on teamwork and collaboration.
  • A background in electrical systems installation or maintenance is essential.
