**Job Overview**
We are currently seeking a hands-on Electrical Site Supervisor to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a skilled and licensed electrician who has experience leading crews on commercial or multi-unit residential job sites.

**Responsibilities**
- Supervise and coordinate electrical installation and maintenance activities on-site.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality control standards.
- Review project plans, blueprints, and schematics to ensure accurate execution of electrical work.
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively.
- Conduct regular inspections to monitor progress and address any issues that arise during construction.
- Collaborate with other trades and subcontractors to ensure seamless project execution.
- Provide training and mentorship to junior staff members in electrical practices.

**Experience**
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in commercial/residential construction projects.
- Supervisory or lead hand role experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, building codes, and safety regulations.
- Ability to work from blueprints and schematics with mínimal supervision.
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on teamwork and collaboration.
- A background in electrical systems installation or maintenance is essential.

Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour
