Reporting to Controller, the Invoicing Coordinator is responsible for invoicing customers. You will work closely with the sales, credit managers and project management team to prepare final costings and ensure timely release of customer invoices. Additionally, the Invoicing Invoicing Coordinator ensures that we accurately prepare and release invoices according to payment schedules.
Pay Type : Full Time, Permanent
Compensation : $52,083. to $65,104.
The listed base salary is just one component of our total rewards package, and performance-based or discretionary bonuses may be available.

In a typical day, YOU will :
- Prepare and issue invoices as per sales agreement terms and maintain records for reporting and auditing purposes.
- Assist project managers in the coordination of final sales and project costings.
- Management of third-party customer platforms / portals used for processing invoices.
- Escalate accounts receivables issues to appropriate team when required.
- Responsible for working with Credit Manager in establishing, creating, and recommending documenting processes.
- Describe key job function
Identify when to contact customer, branch or technical support to resolve issues
Identify opportunities for process improvement or end-user training.
- Receive and set up stocks, scores of units with CAT, Warranty registrations, etc.
Must-haves for this role:
- 1-2 years of relevant experience required for this role
- Post-Secondary Education
- Demonstrated organizational and planning skills
- Strong analytical abilities
- Excellent communication skills (both internal and customer-facing)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)
- Experience in sales and customer service is an asset
- Familiarity with marketplaces such as Ariba, Coupa, and Quadrum is considered and asset
- Knowledge of iMACS, DBS systems is a plus
- Team player with a proactive approach and self-reliance
- Business acumen and strategic thinking
- Dynamic and adept at interpersonal communication
- Fluent in both French and English (verbal and written) to support operations in Quebec
