The Opportunity

We're seeking a passionate B2B Sales Representative who thrives on building relationships, identifying opportunities, and creating long-term partnerships. You'll play a key role in expanding DECOMOMO's wholesale network among professional organizers, interior designers, hotels, and retail buyers across Canada and the U.S.

What You'll Do

  • Identify and develop new B2B accounts through proactive outreach and networking.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to support their business needs.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with upcoming launches and seasonal collections.
  • Prepare proposals, pricing, and presentations that reflect DECOMOMO's brand and value.
  • Maintain accurate client records and track progress using CRM tools.

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in home goods, retail, or consumer products.
  • Proven ability to generate and manage client relationships.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and self-motivated.
  • Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.20-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
