We are a leading provider of CRM solutions designed to streamline Union operations and drive efficiencies. Our cutting-edge platform empowers organizations to better manage their member relationships, and we're looking for a dedicated Sales Representative to help expand our reach by connecting with key prospects.

What You'll Do

As a Sales Representative, your primary responsibilities will include:

· Outbound Calling: Proactively contact potential clients to introduce our CRM solution. Up to 80 cold calls per day.

- Lead generation: Scrape relevant resources to gather perspective lead data and update existing database in CRM.

· Lead Qualification: Engage prospects, identify their needs, and determine their interest level.

· Appointment Scheduling: Book meetings between decision-makers and our sales team for product demonstrations.

· CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of calls, contacts, and appointments in our CRM.

-Consultations : Communication with a perspective client regarding their needs and advice on a wide range of services available.

-Product Demos : Conduct Product demonstrations with a perspective client

· Collaboration: Work closely with the Sales team to ensure a seamless handoff of qualified leads.

· Excellent Communication Skills: Confident and professional on the phone, with the ability to build rapport quickly.

· Experience in Outreach: Prior experience in appointment setting, telemarketing, or sales support is a plus.

· Persistence & Drive: Resilient and self-motivated, with a passion for helping the team succeed.

· Team Player: Enjoy working in a collaborative, in-office environment.

· Tech Savvy: Comfortable using CRM tools and digital communication platforms.

Work Environment

· In-Office Position: This role requires full-time attendance at our Mississauga office. Hybrid work is only possible after a 3-month probation period and only in cases of proven performance.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00-$85,000.00 per year
