We're looking for reliable on-call snow shovellers to join our winter response team for the 2025–2026 season. This is a casual, weather-dependent position — ideal for someone who wants flexible extra hours when snow hits.

What You'll Do

  • Clear snow and ice from residential and commercial walkways, driveways, decks, and entrances
  • Apply salt or sand where needed for safety
  • Work quickly and safely in cold and changing conditions
  • Communicate with dispatch or supervisor when routes are complete
  • Maintain company tools and report any equipment issues

What We're Looking For

  • Dependable and available on short notice (early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays during snow events)
  • Physically capable of lifting and shovelling heavy snow
  • Positive attitude and good communication skills
  • Experience with shovelling or snow removal is an asset, but not required
  • Must have reliable transportation to get to assigned sites

Job Types: Casual, Seasonal

Contract length: 6 months

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
